We strongly advise you to use "strong" passwords, incorporating a combination of upper and lower-case letters, numbers, and symbols, to enhance security. Pianosa will not bear any responsibility for unauthorised access due to compromised account credentials.

3.2 Content Responsibility: Any content you upload or share using the Platform is your responsibility. By uploading content, you grant Pianosa a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, and distribute the content for the purpose of providing the services.

3.3 Legal Compliance: Ensure that you do not use our Platform for any unlawful activities or in violation of these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to, infringing on intellectual property rights or promoting illegal activities. Pianosa reserves the right to remove or restrict access to content that violates these guidelines.

3.4 Account Information: You are obligated to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate and current. Failure to do so may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

4. Service Overview

4.1 Description: Pianosa is a state-of-the-art Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that employs AI-driven methodologies to create diverse content for products. By inputting product links, our system intelligently gathers product data and translates it into rich content, including images, videos, textual descriptions, and audio. Our vision is to simplify content creation and enhance product presentations through automation.

4.2 Usage Rights: Pianosa grants users an unlimited, non-transferable license to use the content generated by the Zikhara AI platform for their designated purposes, provided they comply with these Terms.

5. Privacy and Data

5.1 Privacy Policy: Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. Our dedicated Privacy Policy articulates how we gather, manage, and use your personal information. It is crucial to understand our practices, and by using our services, you express your agreement to the terms laid out in our Privacy Policy.

6. Modifications to the Service and Prices

8. Payments & Refunds

8.1 On Zikhara AI, content generation is facilitated through a credit-based system. Credits act as a currency within our platform—each piece of content you generate will deduct a certain number of credits from your account balance. The number of credits required per content type is outlined below:

• Enhanced Brand Content (up to 7 sections) | 15 Credits

• Product Images (bundle of 4 images) | 8 Credits

• Product Video (per 30 seconds) | 20 Credits

• Product Infographics | 10 Credits

• Media Creatives | 7.5 Credits

• Additional Rendering | 0.01 Credit (per graphic section)

• AI-Powered Data Collection (per product) | 0.1 Credit

We currently offer three packages for purchasing credits, designed to suit various needs and volumes of content creation.

Should you require a larger or more customized allocation of credits beyond these options, we invite you to reach out to us directly to discuss your specific needs. Please note that while credits are non-refundable, we are committed to ensuring you receive the highest quality content and your personal brand standards.

8.2 Payments for content generation on Zikhara AI are managed through a pre-paid credit system. Credits must be available in your account before content can be generated, as they are automatically deducted at the time of content creation. If you do not have enough credits in your account when you attempt to create content, a prompt will appear, giving you the option to immediately top up your credits. This ensures a smooth and uninterrupted content generation process.

8.3 We understand that satisfaction with the output is paramount. However, content generations are considered final and are not eligible for refunds. That being said, we aim to ensure that you end up with a product you're pleased with. If you're not satisfied with the style of the generated content, Zikhara AI provides options to adjust the style at no additional cost. Our goal is to work with you to fine-tune the content until it meets your expectations. If you need further assistance with content modification, please reach out to our support team.

9. Termination

8.1 Suspension or Termination: Pianosa holds the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services, either temporarily or permanently, for reasons including but not limited to violations of these Terms, at our sole discretion. In cases of termination, you may lose access to your account and any associated content. Pianosa is not liable for any loss of data or content due to account termination.

9.1 User Feedback: We appreciate user feedback and suggestions, which help us refine and improve our platform. By providing feedback, you grant us the unconditional right to use, share, and implement your suggestions without any obligation to compensate or acknowledge you. Your feedback helps us enhance our services and better serve our users.

11. Governing Law

10.1 Jurisdiction: These Terms and your use of our services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, exclusive of its conflict of law rules. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of India. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of these courts.
