Unless otherwise noted in this privacy statement, the terms “Zikhara AI”, “we”, “us”, “our”, “ours” refer to Pianosa Private Limited.

What personal data Zikhara AI collects

We collect personal data about you when you register on and use our App, and/or use our website and/or IT portal and/or other channels and throughout other interactions, communications and services you have with us. The type of information we collect will depend on the circumstances and the services you are using.

  • Basic personal information including your name, date of birth, gender, username

If you are an influencer user,

  • Social media information operated by third parties e.g. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc. to the extent that you give us permission when registering on our website, including username, profile photo, location, posts performance data.

  • Social Media Login Data. We may provide you with the option to register with us using your existing social media account details, like your Facebook, YouTube or other social media account. If you choose to register in this way, we will collect the information described in the section called "How do we handle your social logins" below.

  • Push Notifications. We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or certain features of the App. If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device's settings.

  • If you interact with us on a social media platform using your social media account (e.g. Facebook or Twitter), we receive personal information about you such as your name, email address, and gender. Any personal information that we collect from your social media account depends on your social media account's privacy settings.

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

Children

We do not actively seek to collect information about children aged 18 or under. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18.

How do we handle your social logins?

Our App offers you the ability to register and login using your third-party social media account details (like your Facebook or YouTube logins). Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider. The profile information we receive may vary depending on the social media provider concerned, but will often include your name, email address, friends list, profile picture as well as other information you choose to make public on such social media platform and/or share with us for the purpose of accessing our products and/or services, including your social media insights.

We will use the information we receive only for the purposes that are described in this privacy notice or that are otherwise made clear to you on the relevant App. Please note that we do not control, and are not responsible for, other uses of your personal information by your third-party social media provider. How Zikhara AI stores and protects your personal data

We are committed to ensuring that your Personal Data is secure. In order to minimise the risk that there is unauthorised access to or Disclosure of your Personal Data, we put in place where practicable appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure it.

Although we take appropriate measures to safeguard the Personal Data that you provide to us, no transmission over the internet is guaranteed to be secure. For your security, you should:

  • frequently change your password;

How long do we keep your information

How Zikhara AI uses cookies on our websites

We may use cookies and other interactive techniques tracking technologies (which are small data files transferred to your device for tracking a record-keeping purposes) such as web beacons in connection with your use of our website to collect non-personal data about how you interact with our website, and web-related products and services, to:

The request should include your contact information and describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it. In addition, you should provide adequate information that we can reasonably verify that you are the person about whom we collected the personal information (including information that enables us to verify the identifying information we possibly maintain about you).

We will respond to consumer requests in a reasonably timely manner. If we require extra time to respond, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. In order to protect the security of your personal information, we will not honor a request if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. The method used to verify your identity will depend on the type, sensitivity and value of the information, including the risk of harm to you posed by any authorized access or deletion. Generally speaking, verification will be performed by matching the identifying information provided by you to the personal information that we already have.

Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding our receipt of your request (and will not be made more than twice in a 12-month period). In this Supplementary Information section, we explain some of terminology used in this Privacy Policy.
